AT 692 - An Evidence Based Approach to Performance Enhancement


This course examines evidence-based strength and conditioning program design aligned with National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) guidelines. Students apply principles of biomechanics, exercise physiology, and motor learning to enhance performance, improve fitness outcomes, and reduce injury risk across diverse and special populations. Emphasis is placed on assessment-driven, individualized programming for athletic training and human performance settings.
