BUS 213 - Management for Entrepreneurs Students will learn the basic functions of a business organization and what it takes to properly launch a business. Upon completion of the course, students will have an understanding of basic human resources, marketing, operations, legal concerns, and the entrepreneurial process. The links between financial information and business decisions will be highlighted and students will understand the skills necessary to make those decisions.
