BUS 293 - Change Management

An analysis of both traditional and contemporary approaches to fundamental issues of change management including challenges of sustainability, social responsibility, and the global economic system. Emphasis will be placed on the multiple perspectives of change and the implementation of leading change. Focus will be on analysis of successes and failures of programs in large and small organizations as well as for profit and non-profit.
