BUS 332 - Operations Management Fundamental concepts, issues and techniques used to plan, analyze and control systems of production. Investigate operational problems in producing goods and services. Case analysis to include topics in making quality happen, logistics of planning production, managing inventories, dealing with capacity change, opportunities for vertical integration and operations strategy.
