BUS 450 - Organizational Leadership

Analyzes organizations in terms of structure, authority, culture, managerial philosophy and ethical scrutiny. Students learn theories of human perception, communication, motivation, organization culture and change. Students apply these theories to practice through research, experiential exercises and case studies.
