ED 315 - Literacy Development The course introduces research-based perspectives on literacy development, emphasizing the foundational underpinnings of language comprehension and word recognition skills. It examines how children learn to communicate through receptive and expressive messages. Students learn about the beginning stages of oral language through to the early stages of learning to read and comprehend. Field-based assignments will be implemented.
