Block diagrams and signal flow graphs. Feedback systems. Time and frequency responses. State-space models. Stability. Root locus. Bode and Nyquist diagrams. Lead, lag, and lead/lag compensators. Introduction to digital control systems.

This lecture course complements and is complemented by the Laboratory course, EE 471L.
