IE 402 - Product Quality

This class will give students an introduction to engineering methods for monitoring, control, and improvement of quality. Students will use statistical models of quality measurements, statistical process control, acceptance sampling, and quality management principles. There will be integrated laboratory exercises when appropriate. Integrated lecture and lab.
