OT 429 - Writing for the Professional Occupational Therapist

This course will provide students with the knowledge and competencies to communicate effectively as occupational therapy professionals through a variety of writing mediums. Formal and informal written communication will be explored with an emphasis on reflective critical thinking, clear concise delivery, respectful professional tone, and language appropriate for the intended audience. The course will include a focus on professional writing to support an evidence based profession. This course meets the Writing Enhanced requirement.
