LDR 508 - Leading Sustainable Change

This course positions sustainability at the center of the organization and provides students with high-impact sustainability leadership practices to drive overall organizational success. Using examples from current organizational and community needs, this course will consider and investigate how leaders envision and mobilize sustainable strategies to strengthen their organizations and the communities in which they are located with respect to the four pillars of sustainability: social, environmental, economic, and cultural.
