LDR 550 - Introduction to Research Methods

This course examines quantitative, qualitative, mixed-method, and action-based research designs to create positive organizational change. This course will touch on organizational and community involvement in the research process, the roles and power/positionality of the researchers and participants, and ways of disseminating research findings. Students will have the opportunity to apply this knowledge in a real-world context.
