LDR 630 - Change Leadership in a Global Environment

This course examines the different models, frameworks, and theories leading to effective leadership for organizational change in an increasingly global environment. This course provides a framework from which students develop global competency and cultural intelligence that prepare them for effectively enacting change while taking into consideration variables at the micro, meso, and macro levels of analysis.
