LDR 650 - Development & Evaluation of Organizational Programs

This course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of designing, developing, executing, and assessing programs at all organizational levels. Theories and methodologies of program evaluation will be reviewed, including needs assessment and formative and summative approaches. Emphasis is on the exploration approaches and techniques in the context of “real world” organizational challenges, including the underlying influences of political and socio-economic environments as well as ethical and practical/resource considerations.
