IE 201 - Work Systems & Operations Management

This course focuses on worker machine systems, workflow, assembly lines, logistics and service operations, and project management. Operations analysis, methods engineering, work measurement, lean production, and Six Sigma. Workplace ergonomics, plant layout design, and work management.

This lecture course complements and is complemented by the Laboratory course, IE 271L.
