TEM 522 - Additive Manufacturing, Smart Manufacturing, and Robotics

This course gives an overview of the Industry 4.0 concepts of Additive Manufacturing (AM), Smart Manufacturing, and Robotics. Students will learn modern AM processes, their benefits, and their limitations. Smart and agile manufacturing topics will then be covered. Finally, the use of autonomous robots in industry to support smart manufacturing and logistics will be covered.
