IE 302 - Production & Inventory Control

This course has three main areas of focus: Production and Inventory Control, Planning and Design of Manufacturing Facilities, and Understanding the Physical Fundamentals of Processes. This course covers the models, networking, and systems needed to design and manage a manufacturing enterprise. Topics include facility design material handling, forecasting techniques, demand management, economic lot size, inventory management, and scheduling methods.
