LDR 670 - Applied Organizational Leadership Capstone

This is a culminating capstone course that provides students with the opportunity to synthesize the knowledge, skills, and abilities that were presented throughout the MAOL program and address real-world needs. Students will design, implement and present outcomes for a major project focused on stimulating positive change in their organization/community.
