PHD 724 - Theories in Organizational Structure and Strategic Leadership

The course content focuses on economic, political and legislative issues impacting contemporary organizations and their structure. Emphasis is on the organizational level of analysis on topics including job design, organization structure and design, and inter- and intra- organizational processes and influences as well as the role of the leader as a strategic manager. Extensive use of Canvas is required and integrated into the course requirements.
