MED 641 - Inventive Project Management and Development Techniques in Education: Total Experience Learning® Institute


This course is designed to teach the participant advanced project management and development skills to optimize a Total Experience Learning® (TExpL®) environment.  Project management involves effective application of resources, ranging from students, budget, and time; to move micro, small or large-scale project ideas from concept to completion.  Further, this course will immerse participants in the TExpL® process as they create systems personalized to their classroom and/or student-base. During the course, each participant will complete a micro-scale personalized TExpL®-based project to experience TExpL® design.  Metacognitive approaches embedded throughout the experience will aid the participant to focus on reflection, integration, and synthesis of the experience. Educators of all certification types, grades K-12, will benefit from participation in this course.
